【摘要】 为了评价三氯生醇免洗凝胶手部消毒剂的消毒效果,采用载体定量法进行了杀菌试验。结果表明,以含质量分数0.3%的三氯生和65%～75%乙醇组成的凝胶手部消毒剂对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌作用0.5 min,杀灭对数值均>5.00。用该凝胶消毒原液对医护人员手擦拭消毒3 min,手上自然菌平均杀灭率达到90%以上,符合国家卫生标准。该消毒凝胶产品置于40℃恒温储存3个月,三氯生和乙醇的有效成分含量下降率为1.94%和3.51%。凝胶手部消毒剂不仅杀菌作用快速、广谱,且性能稳定,使用方便,适用于旅游者和野外作业人员携带使用(可免洗),是一种理想的手部皮肤消毒产品。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to evaluate the disinfection efficacy of triclosan-alcohol wash-free gel for hand disinfectant,the carrier quantitative method was used for disinfectant test.The results showed that when the gel hand disinfectant consisting of0.3%(mass fraction,MF) triclosan and 65%～75% ethanol acted for 0.5 min on Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli and Candida albicans respectively,the killing logarithm(KL) value were all more than 5.00.When the original gel was used to wipe and disinfect the hands of medical staff for 3 min,the average killing rate of natural bacteria on hands was more than 90%,which conformed to the national health standards.When the disinfection gel products were stored at a constant temperature of 40℃ for 3 months,the decline rate of effective components of triclosan and ethanol was 1.94%and 3.57%,respectively.The wash-free hand disinfectant not only had the advantages of fast disinfection,broad spectrum,stable performance and easy to use,but also was suitable for tourists and field workers to carry and use(washfree).It was an ideal hand skin disinfection product.更多还原
