化妆品中苯氧乙醇和辛酰羟肟酸含量的测定方法

【摘要】 建立了高效液相色谱定量分析方法用于检测化妆品中苯氧乙醇和辛酰羟肟酸。以甲醇-乙腈-水溶液为流动相,InertSustain-C18色谱柱分离,二极管阵列检测器检测,以保留时间和紫外吸收光谱定性外标法定量。结果表明,苯氧乙醇和辛酰羟肟酸分别在15 mg/L~2 000 mg/L(r~2=0.999 9)、50 mg/L~2 000 mg/L(r~2=0.999 7)范围内呈良好的线性关系。检出限及定量限分别为5 mg/L 和 20 mg/L,样品加标回收率分别为 97.2%~104.4%、98.2%~104.5% (RSD=1.5%~4.1%)。结果表明该方法能够精确、快捷地同时检测化妆品中苯氧乙醇和辛酰羟肟酸含量。

【Abstract】 A quantitative analysis method for determination of phenoxyethanol and octanoyl hydroxamic acid in cosmetics by high performance liquid chromatography was established.The method included methanol-acetonitrile-water solution as mobile phase,separated by InertSustain-C18 column,detected by diode array detector,qualitatively and quantitatively by retention time and UV absorption spectrum.The results showed that the phenoxyethanol and octanoyl hydroxamic acid had a good linear relationship within the range of 15 mg/L ~2 000 mg/L(r~2=0.999 9) and 50 mg/L ~2 000 mg/L(r~2=0.999 7),respectively.The limits of detection and quantification were 5 mg/L and 20 mg/L,and the sample recovery rates were 97.2% ~104.4% and 98.2% ~104.5%(RSD=1.5% ~4.1%),respectively.The results indicated that this method could accurately and quickly determine the contents of phenoxyethanol and octanoyl hydroxamic acid in cosmetics at the same time.
