垃圾渗滤液膜浓缩液脱氮功能菌的筛选及特性研究

【摘要】 通过富集、驯化和筛选,从垃圾渗滤液活性污泥中分离获得一株垃圾渗滤液膜浓缩液高效脱氮菌Pseudomonas balearica EBT-1。利用单因素实验考察得到EBT-1处理垃圾渗滤液膜浓缩液的最佳温度为30℃、最优C/N为4、最适菌液投加体积为待处理液体积的10%。EBT-1属于耐盐菌,对盐度耐受范围为0%~5%;对重金属Cr(Ⅵ)、Cu(Ⅱ)、Ni(Ⅱ)耐受范围分别为0~250μg/L、0~3 000μg/L、0~2 500μg/L。外源投加EBT-1可强化系统对垃圾渗滤液膜浓缩液中总氮的脱除效果,并大大缩短冲击条件下系统的恢复时间。

【Abstract】 A highly-efficient denitrification bacterium Pseudomonas balearica EBT-1 was isolated from landfill leachate activated sludge by domestication,enrichment and screening. The study investigated the optimum conditions for EBT-1 to treat the landfill leachate membrane concentrate and the results showed that the optimal temperature was 30 ℃,C/N ratio was 4 and the volume of bacteria solution was 10% of the volume of the solution to be treated. EBT-1 was a kind of salt-tolerant bacterium and could resist the salinity shock of 5%. The tolerance range of EBT-1 to heavy metals Cr(Ⅵ),Cu(Ⅱ),Ni(Ⅱ) were 0-250 μg/L,0-3 000 μg/L,0-2 500 μg/L,respectively. The application of functional bacteria EBT-1 could strengthen the removal rate of total nitrogen from the landfill leachate membrane concentrate by bioreactor and greatly shorten the recovery time of the system malfunction.
