偶氮染料脱色菌的筛选、复配及脱色效能评估

【摘要】 通过定向驯化从垃圾渗滤液处理系统活性污泥中筛选获得4株高效脱色菌,经鉴定分别为Aneurinibacillus sp.YR-2、Stenotrophomonas acidaminiphila YR-3、Citrobacter freundii HR-1及Klebsiella sp. HR-3。按等体积将4株菌的菌液进行复配,获得最佳复配菌群,并进一步考察其普适性。结果显示,由YR-2、YR-3、HR-3组成的复配菌群脱色速率最快、效率最高,为最佳复配菌群。该菌群耐碱耐高盐,适应pH范围为7~10,耐受盐度范围为0%~10%。此外,该菌群对偶氮类染料、杂环类染料及三苯甲烷染料脱色率均高达92%以上,具有良好的脱色广谱性。

【Abstract】 Four highly-efficient decolorizing bacteria screened from the domesticated activated sludge of the landfill leachate treatment system were identified as Aneurinibacillus sp. YR-2,Stenotrophomonas acidaminiphila YR-3,Citrobacter freundii HR-1 and Klebsiella sp. HR-3,respectively. The four strains were compounded according to the same volume to obtain the optimum bacterial consortium,and the universality of the bacterial consortium was further investigated. The results showed that the complex microbial flora composed of YR-2,YR-3 and HR-3 had the fastest decolorization rate and the highest efficiency,which was determined as the optimum functional bacterial consortium.The bacterial consortium was alkali-resistant and halotolerant. The tolerance range to pH and salinity were 7-10 and 0%-10%,respectively. Furthermore,the decolorization rates of the bacterial consortium for azo dyes,heterocyclic dyes and triphenylmethane dye were all above 92%,indicating the functional bacterial consortium had a good decolorization broadspectrum.
