藏鸡源沙门氏菌分型鉴定及常用抗生素敏感性试验

【摘要】 本试验采集西藏拉萨、林芝两地共55份藏鸡腹泻粪便,参照细菌的培养特性、生化鉴定,K-B纸片法以及PCR扩增技术对样品中沙门氏菌进行分离鉴定,特异性基因鉴定,并对分离菌株进行血清型分型以及常用抗生素药物敏感性检测。结果表明:55份样品中共分离出8株沙门菌,分离率为14.55%(8/55),其中甲型副伤寒沙门氏菌为优势血清型,占37.50%(3/8)。13种抗生素的药物敏感性试验结果为:8株分离菌株对8类广谱抗生素药物均表现出不同程度的耐药,多肽类和四环素类药物耐药率高达100%(8/8),喹诺酮类药物和氨基糖苷类药物则较为敏感,耐药率仅为12.50%(1/8);8株分离菌均存在多重耐药现象,存在单一菌株对11种药物耐药的现象,占总菌数的12.50%(1/8),其中对6种、7种、8种药物耐药的菌株所占总菌株比例最多为25.00%(2/8)。本试验通过对西藏藏鸡源沙门菌的分布情况、优势血清型及耐药情况进行分析,对藏鸡源沙门菌防治、后续研究及临床科学用药等方面提供数据支持。

【Abstract】 In this experiment, a total of 55 Tibetan-chicken diarrhea feces were collected from Lhasa and Nyingchi, Tibet. With reference to bacterial culture characteristics, biochemical identification, KB paper method and molecular biology methods, the samples were isolated and identified, and the specific genes were identified. The isolated strains were serotyped and tested for susceptibility to commonly used antibiotics. The results showed that 8 strains of Salmonella were isolated from 55 samples, the isolation rate was 14.55%(8/55), and Salmonella paratyphi A was the dominant serotype, accounting for 37.50%(3/8). Drug susceptibility test results showed that 8 isolated strains showed different degrees of resistance to 8 kinds of broad-spectrum antibiotic drugs. The drug resistance rate of peptides and tetracyclines was as high as 100%(8/8), quinolones drugs and aminoglycoside drugs were more sensitive, with a drug resistance rate of only 12.50%(1/8); 8 strains of isolates all had multiple drug resistance, and a single strain was resistant to 11 drugs, accounting for the total number of bacteria 12.5%(1/8) of the total strains, among which 6-resistant, 7-resistant, and 9-resistant strains accounted for up to 25.00%(2/8) of the total strains. This trial analyzed the distribution, dominant serotypes and drug resistance of Salmonella from Tibetan-chickens, and provided data support for the prevention and control,follow-up research and clinical scientific medication of Salmonella from Tibetan-chickens
