【摘要】 目的探讨子宫内膜息肉宫腔镜电切术后应用曼月乐环对患者子宫内膜厚度及复发率的效果。方法选取2019年6月至2020年6月宁德市闽东医院收治的子宫内膜息肉宫腔镜电切术后患者120例,根据入院顺序随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各60例。对照组患者接受地屈孕酮干预,观察组患者接受曼月乐环干预。治疗结束后,收集患者的子宫内膜厚度变化、子宫内膜息肉复发情况等数据,比较不良反应发生情况和住院情况。结果手术前,两组患者子宫内膜厚度差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。术后第1个月和第3个月,观察组患者子宫内膜厚度均低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。术后第1个月,两组患者子宫内膜息肉复发率差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。术后第3个月,观察组患者子宫内膜复发率低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组患者用药后不良反应总发生率差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。两组患者住院时间、住院费用和术后48 h阴道出血量差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论子宫内膜息肉宫腔镜电切术后应用曼月乐环能够有效降低子宫内膜厚度,促进月经恢复,并降低子宫内膜息肉的复发率,曼月乐环的安全性较好,值得在临床推广应用,以改善子宫内膜息肉宫腔镜电切术后患者的预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To probe into the effect of Mirena ring applied after hysteroscopic resection of endometrial polyps on the patient’s endometrial thickness and the recurrence rate. Methods A total of 120 patients having undergone hysteroscopic resection of endometrial polyps who were admitted to and treated in Mindong Hospital of Ningde City from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to the order of admission, with 60 patients in each group. The patients of the control group received dydrogesterone intervention, while the patients of the observation group received Mirena ring intervention. After the treatment, the data of the change of endometrial thickness and the recurrence of endometrial polyps in the patients were collected, and the occurrence of adverse reactions（ADRs）and hospitalization were compared. Results Before operation, there was no statistically significant difference in endometrial thickness between the two groups（P > 0.05）. At the 1 st month and the 3 rd month after operation, the endometrial thickness of each patient in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant（P < 0.05）. At the 1 st month after operation, there was no statistically significant difference in the recurrence rate of endometrial polyp between the two groups of patients（P > 0.05）.At the 3 rd month after operation, the recurrence rate of endometrial polyp of the patients in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P < 0.05）. There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of ADRs after medication between the two groups of patients（P > 0.05）. There was no significant difference in hospitalization expenses and vaginal bleeding 48 houes after operation between the groups（P > 0.05）. Conclusion The application of Mirena ring after hysteroscopic resection of endometrial polyps can effectively reduce endometrial thickness, promote menstruation recovery, and decrease the recurrence rate of endometrial polyps. With sound safety, Mirena ring is worthy of being popularized and applied to improve the prognosis of the patients after hysteroscopic resection of endometrial polyps.更多还原
