【摘要】 目的探讨自拟补肾调经汤治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者的疗效及对性激素水平的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2019年12月湛江市第二中医医院收治的80例多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者进行研究,采用随机数字表法分为研究组（n=40）和对照组（n=40）。对照组给予常规西医治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合自拟补肾调经汤治疗。比较两组患者的疗效、性激素水平、排卵率、妊娠率。结果研究组的治疗有效率高于对照组（χ²=4.110,P=0.043）。研究组治疗后的雌二醇（E₂）水平高于对照组,促卵泡激素（FSH）、促基体生成素（LH）水平低于对照组（t=2.140,P=0.035;t=4.554,P=0.000;t=2.385,P=0.020）;研究组治疗后的排卵率、妊娠率高于对照组（χ²=4.590,P=0.032;χ²=4.050,P=0.044）。结论自拟补肾调经汤治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者的疗效显著,可有效调节机体性激素水平,提高患者的排卵率和妊娠率,其作用机制可能与调节机体内分泌有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of self-prepared Bushen Tiaojing Decoction in treating infertile patients with polycystic ovary syndrome and the effect on sex hormone levels. Methods A total of 80 infertile patients with polycystic ovary syndrome admitted to Zhanjiang Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected for the study, and they were divided into the study group（n=40） and the control group（n=40） according to the random number table method. The control group was given conventional Western medical treatment, while the study group was treated with self-prepared Bushen Tiaojing Decoction on the basis of the same treatment as the control group. The efficacy, sex hormone levels, ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of patients were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group（χ²=4.110, P=0.043）. The E₂ level of the study group after treatment was higher than that of the control group, and the levels of FSH and LH were lower than the control group（t=2.140, P=0.035; t=4.554, P=0.000; t=2.385,P=0.020）. The ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of the study group after treatment were higher than those of the control group（χ²=4.590, P=0.032; χ²=4.050, P=0.044）. Conclusion The efficacy of self-prepared Bushen Tiaojing Decoction in treating infertile patients with polycystic ovary syndrome is significant. The decoction can effectively regulate the body’s sex hormone levels and improve the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of patients, and its mechanism of action may be related to the regulation of the body’s endocrine.更多还原
