【摘要】 目的探讨重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(rb-bFGF)凝胶促进宫颈柱状上皮异位面修复的临床效果。方法选取高州市人民医院2018年1月至2020年8月收治的108例宫颈柱状上皮异位伴有临床症状的患者作为研究对象,使用随机数字表法分为两组,每组各54例。对照组给予以患者舒康洗液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加rb-bFGF凝胶治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果、宫颈柱状上皮异位面积评分、阴道症状及安全性。结果观察组治疗总有效率100.00%,高于对照组治疗总有效率75.93%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗前两组患者宫颈柱状上皮异位面积评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);治疗后观察组宫颈柱状上皮异位面积评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组阴道排液持续时间、阴道出血时间、腹痛持续时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组阴道刺激征、阴道流液等总发生率与对照组相比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 rb-bFGF凝胶对促进伴有临床症状的宫颈柱状上皮异位患者异位面修复的疗效显著,能有效改善患者阴道出血时间等症状,并且使用安全性高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor(rb-bFGF gel on promoting the repair of ectopic surface of cervical columnar epithelium.Methods A total of 108 patients with cervical columnar epithelial ectopic accompanied by clinical symptoms admitted to Gaozhou People’s Hospital from January 2018 to August 2020 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method, with 54 patients in each group. The control group was treated with Shukang Lotion, and the observation group was treated with rb-bFGF gel on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect, ectopic area score of cervical columnar epithelium, vaginal symptoms and safety were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment was 100.00% in the observation group,which was higher than the total effective rate of 75.93% in the control group, with statistically significant difference(P < 0.05). Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the ectopic area score of cervical columnar epithelium(P > 0.05). However, after treatment, the ectopic area score of cervical columnar epithelium in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, with statistically significant difference(P < 0.05). The duration of vaginal drainage, vaginal bleeding and abdominal pain in the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05). There was no statistically significant difference between the observation group and the control group in the overall incidence of vaginal irritation signs and vaginal discharge(P > 0.05). Conclusion The rb-bFGF gel is effective on promoting the repair of ectopic surface of cervical columnar epithelial ectopic patients with clinical symptoms,can effectively improve the symptoms such as vaginal bleeding time, and has high safety.更多还原
