【摘要】 目的探讨泮托拉唑钠肠溶胶囊联合枸橼酸莫沙必利在反流性食管炎患者中的应用及对患者生活质量的影响。方法选取2018年10月至2021年2月茂名市人民医院收治的反流性食管炎患者62例,根据治疗方法的不同分为两组,每组各31例,对照组采用枸橼酸莫沙必利治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合泮托拉唑钠肠溶胶囊治疗。比较两组治疗效果、症状改善及消失时间、临床症状情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组症状改善及消失时间早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后,研究组各项症状评分比低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在反流性食管炎的治疗中,泮托拉唑钠肠溶胶囊联合枸橼酸莫沙必利效果显著,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application of pantoprazole sodium enteric coated capsule combined with mosapride citrate in patients with reflux esophagitis and the effect on quality of life(QoL) of patients. Methods A total of 62 patients with reflux esophagitis admitted to Maoming People’s Hospital from October 2018 to February 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods, with 31 cases in each group. The control group was treated with mosapride citrate, while the study group was treated with pantoprazole sodium enteric coated capsule combined on the basis of the same treatment as the control group. The treatment effect, time of symptom improvement and disappearance and clinical symptom were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was better than that in the control group, with statistically significant difference(P < 0.05). The time of symptom improvement and disappearance in the study group was earlier than that in the control group, with statistically significant difference(P < 0.05). After treatment, the scores of each symptom in the study group were lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of reflux esophagitis, the effect of pantoprazole sodium enteric coated capsule combined with mosapride citrate is significant, which is worthy of application.更多还原
