认知行为疗法与佐匹克隆治疗失眠的效果对比

【摘要】 目的对认知行为疗法(CBT)与佐匹克隆治疗失眠的疗效对比分析。方法选择2020年1—12月于佛山市第一人民医院就诊的符合要求失眠症患者80例,用随机数字表法将其分CBT组与佐匹克隆组,每组各40例,均治疗4周,CBT组给予患者认知行为疗法治疗,佐匹克隆组给予患者口服佐匹克隆片治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分、总体幸福感量表(GWB)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分,以及临床治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组患者PSQI评分、GWB评分、SAS评分、SDS评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P> 0.05),治疗4周后,两组的PSQI评分、SAS评分、SDS评分均降低,CBT组低于佐匹克隆组(P <0.05);治疗后GWB评分均升高,CBT组高于佐匹克隆组(P <0.05);两组治疗有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 CBT治疗失眠与佐匹克隆治疗失眠,均可改善患者睡眠质量,提高生活质量,改善患者不良情绪,而CBT法的效果具有更佳的效果且更安全。

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the efficacy on cognitive behavior therapy(CBT) for insomnia in comparison with zopiclone for insomnia. Methods A total of 80 patients who met the requirements for insomnia and admitted to the First People’s Hospital of Foshan from January to December 2020 were selected and divided into the CBT group and the zopiclone group by random number expression method,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in both groups were treated for 4 weeks,and the CBT group received CBT treatment,while the zopiclone group received oral zopiclone tablets treatment.The scores of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),General Well-Being Schedule(GWB),SelfRating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS) and the clinical therapeutic effect before and after treatment in the two groups were compared. Results Before treatment, there were no statistically significant differences in PSQI scores,GWB scores, SAS scores and SDS scores in the two groups(P > 0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,PSQI scores,SAS scores and SDS scores in both groups were decreased,and the above scores were lower in the CBT group than those in the zopiclone group(P < 0.05).After treatment, GWB scores in both groups were increased,and the scores were higher in the CBT group than that in the zopiclone group(P < 0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the effective rate of treatment in the two groups(P > 0.05). Conclusion Both CBT for insomnia and zopiclone for insomnia can improve the quality of sleep,the quality of life and bad mood of patients,but the CBT treatment shows better and safer effect.
