基于阿里云平台的油井多参数远程监控系统

【摘要】 针对我国油井大多地处野外,且地理位置较为分散,不能够及时准确地发现油井故障,从而影响油田的产量。提出以ARM为主控模块,以阿里云平台为监控中心构建了一套油井多参数远程监控系统,该系统能够实时地采集到抽油机的转速、电压、电流,以及井场周围的温湿度,并能够在阿里云监控界面实时看到各个参数的变化,同时主控模块能够接收阿里云发出的控制命令,完成相应的控制动作,从而更直观地监控油井的运作情况。现场实验结果表明,设计的基于阿里云平台的油井多参数远程监控系统能够实现对油井相关参数的采集、接收、传输和显示。

【Abstract】 Most of the oil wells in China are located in the field,and the geographical location is relatively scattered,which can not find the oil well fault timely and accurately,thus affecting the production of the oilfield.A set of oil well multi parameter remote monitoring system based on arm as the main control module and Ali Cloud platform as the monitoring center is proposed in this paper.The system can collect the rotation speed,voltage,current of the pumping unit,as well as the temperature and humidity around the well site in real time,and can see the changes of various parameters in real time on the AliCloud monitoring interface.At the same time,the main control module can receive the control signals from Ali Cloud control command,complete the corresponding control action,so as to more intuitively monitor the operation of the oil well.According to the field experiment results,the designed oil well multi parameter remote monitoring system based on alicloud platform can realize the acquisition,receiving,transmission and display of oil well related parameters.
