基于TRDP的动车组单车网络调试软件设计

【摘要】 实时以太网逐渐成为列车网络控制系统的主流技术,但目前以太网车型的单车网络调试工艺还不成熟,现场工作人员操作难度大,调试效率较低。介绍了列车实时数据协议TRDP(Train Real-Time Data Protocol)的通信原理,通过分析调试现场的实际需求,设计了一种应用于以太网车型的单车网络调试软件,包括用户登录、数据库交互、TRDP通信等功能模块以及简明清晰的人机接口界面,优化了调试流程。测试表明,上位机软件可以与车载网络建立稳定的连接,有效地帮助工作人员及时排查故障,提高调试效率。

【Abstract】 Real time Ethernet has gradually become the mainstream technology of train network control system.At present,the single vehicle network debugging technology of Ethernet vehicle is not mature,and there are difficult operation and low debugging efficiency for the field staff.In this paper,the communication principle of train real-time data protocol(TRDP) is introduced. By analyzing the actual requirements of debugging site,a single vehicle network debugging software for Ethernet vehicle is designed,including user login,database interaction,TRDP communication functional modules as well as clear human machine interface,which greatly optimizes the debugging process.The experiments show that the upper computer software can establish a stable connection with the vehicle network,which effectively helps the staff to troubleshoot in time and improves the debugging efficiency.
