循环水系统海水防污加药方案调研与优化
Investigation and Optimization of Seawater Antifouling and Dosing Scheme for Circulating Water System
【摘要】 防污加药优化对滨海电厂选择杀生有指导性作用,能更好地避免盲目加药造成的经济损失。针对国内及广东省某集团下属7家沿海电厂的循环水水文环境、海域生物、防污工艺、防污效果等有针对性地进行了调查研究,并通过药剂市场调查、资料评估和模拟试验,推荐出较合适的防污药剂。依据湛江海域的海生物种类、海生物随季节变化情况以及循环水系统运行自身特点等多方面原因,设计出加药方案,并在运行过程中根据新出问题不断完善加药方式。近期测试表明:采用海生物防污剂AY2001为主的控制技术,加药方案优化调整为冲击性加药,加药量为每3天145 kg/台机(60 min,4×10-6);当机组临停或特殊水质情况下,适当提高加药用量或频率。应用该加药方式期间,机组正常运行,凝汽器各参数稳定,循环水入口压力、凝汽器真空度和端差等参数保持平稳,未出现因海生物堵塞影响机组运行情况,海生物控制效果良好,满足机组的安全平稳运行,满足生产需求,为4台机组的安全运行提供了可靠的保障。
【Abstract】 The optimization of anti-pollution dosing has a guiding effect on the selection of killing by Binhai Power Plant,and can better avoid the economic loss caused by blind dosing. Targeted investigations and studies on circulating water hydrological environment,marine organisms,anti-fouling technology,anti-fouling effects of 7 coastal power plants in China and a group in Guangdong Province,and passed pharmaceutical market surveys,data evaluations and simulation tests. Recommend a more suitable antifouling agent. Based on various reasons such as the types of marine organisms in the Zhanjiang waters,the seasonal changes of marine organisms,and the characteristics of the circulating water system,the dosing plan was designed,and the dosing method was continuously improved according to new problems during the operation. Recent tests have shown that: using marine biological antifouling agent AY2001 as the main control technology,the dosing plan is optimized and adjusted to impact dosing,and the dosing amount is 145 kg/unit( 60 min,4 × 10-6) every 3 days; when the unit is temporarily stopped or In the case of special water quality,appropriately increase the dosage or frequency of dosing. During the application of this dosing method,the unit is operating normally,the parameters of the condenser are stable,the circulating water inlet pressure,the vacuum degree of the condenser,and the end difference remain stable. There is no occurrence of marine organism blockage affecting the operation of the unit.Marine organisms control The effect is good,meeting the safe and stable operation of the unit,meeting production requirements,and providing a reliable guarantee for the safe operation of the 4 units.
