炉膛烟气流动状态数值模拟及其应用
Numerical Simulation and Application of Flow Status of Smoke in Furnace
【摘要】 对锅炉炉膛烟气流动状态进行了数值模拟,以详细了解炉膛内部的烟气流速分布状态。分析了烟气流动产生的旋涡特性、烟气充满度与主旋涡流量占烟气总流量的份额。最后进行了多种炉膛结构方案的对比分析。
【Abstract】 The flow status of smoke in the furnace is simulated numerically,so as to understand the velocity distribution in detail. The vortex characteristics of smoke flow are also analyzed,and the smoke filling degree,main vortex velocity and its flow rate of total smoke flow are obtained. The comparison results of many furnace structure schemes are also obtained.
