集成气体缓冲的单断口72.5 kV快速真空开关运动质量对分闸特性的影响

【摘要】 快速真空开关可实现电力系统短路故障的快速切除,对电力系统运行暂态稳定性的提升具有重大意义,是现阶段国内外大电流开断技术领域研究热点。文中目标是确定集成气体缓冲快速真空开关传动系统运动质量对其分闸特性的影响。文中以72.5 k V单断口快速真空开关为研究对象,采用多物理场仿真计算方法,建立了气流场、电磁场、运动方程和外电路相互耦合的多物理场仿真计算模型,分析了快速真空开关运动质量对其分闸速度、动量、缓冲反力特性等分闸特性的影响,其中分闸速度为快速真空开关分闸过程触头分离后10 mm内的平均速度。仿真计算结果显示:当动质量由4 kg增长到12 kg时,分闸速度按负指数形式从6.13 m/s降低到3.50 m/s;到达30 mm满开距时的动量按正指数形式从12.26 kg·m/s增长到21.01 kg·m/s;缓冲力做的功按二次函数的形式从443.61 J降低至203.02 J,并且,缓冲力和行程的关系符合幂函数形式。

【Abstract】 Fast vacuum switch can achieve fast clearance of short circuit fault of power system,which is of great significance to improve the transient stability of power system. It is also,at present stage,a research hotspot in the field of large current interruption technology both at home and abroad. The objective of this paper is to determine the influence of moveable mass of the driving system of the fast vacuum switch gas buffer on its opening characteristics. In this paper,the 72.5 kV single-break fast vacuum switch is taken as the research object. The multi-physical field simulation and calculation model with intercoupling of the air flow field,electromagnetic field,motion equation and external circuit is set up by using the multi-physical filed simulation and calculation method. The influence of the movable mass of the fast vacuum switch on its such opening characteristics as opening speed,momentum and buffering force is analyzed. The opening speed is the average speed within 10 mm after contacts separation during the opening process of the fast vacuum switch. The simulation results show that with the increase of moveable mass from 4 to 12 kg,the opening speed decreases following a negative exponent function from 6.13 to 3.50 m/s. The momentum reaching30 mm full clearance increases following a positive exponent function from 12.26 to 21.01 kg·m/s. The work,which is done by the buffering force,decreases following quadratic function from 443.61 to 203.02 J. Furthermore,the relationship between buffering force and the stroke complies with the form of power function.
