选相抑制交流滤波器合闸涌流及过电压研究
Study on Closing Inrush Current and Overvoltage by Phase Selective Suppression of AC Filter
【摘要】 换流站内交流滤波器投入过程会产生较大的涌流及过电压,对其内部元件和母线造成很大的冲击,严重威胁系统安全。文中结合高压断路器在不同开距下的电场分布特性计算出预击穿时间和实际关合时间,运用PSCAD/EMTDC仿真软件建立了直流输电系统模型,仿真分析了计及预击穿特性和机械分散性的选相投切技术对抑制合闸涌流及过电压的有效性,同时分析了带电投入交流滤波器这一特殊工况下电容残压、合闸相角和合闸涌流的关系,最后结合模拟实验得出:考虑断路器的预击穿特性和机械分散性,选相投切技术可将74%的操作过电压抑制在0.02 p.u.以下;针对不同的电容残压选取适当的合闸相角可以有效地降低合闸涌流及过电压。
【Abstract】 The switching process of AC filter in the converter station will produce larger inrush current and overvoltage,causing great impact on the internal element and bus and seriously threatening safety of the system. In this paper,the pre-arcing time and actual making time are calculated with combination of the distribution feature of electric field of high voltage circuit breaker at different clearances. The DC transmission system model is set up by the use of PSCAD/EMTDC simulation software and the effectiveness of phase selective switching technology on suppressing closing inrush current and over voltage which takes into accounts both breakdown feature and mechanical dispersion is simulated and analyzed. At the same time,the relationship among capacitive residual voltage,phase angle at closing and closing inrush current at such special condition as switching AC filter at live condition is analyzed. Finally,it is concluded with combination of simulation experiment that with consideration of pre-arcing feature and mechanical dispersion of circuit breaker,the phase selective switching technology can suppress 74% of operating over voltage below 0.02 p.u.,Selection of appropriate closing phase angle for different capacitive residual voltage can reduce effectively both closing inrush current and over voltage.
