合闸电阻对1000 kV GIS高压隔离开关VFTO的抑制研究
Study on Suppressing VFTO of 1 000 kV GIS Disconnector by Closing Resistor
【摘要】 为了得到合闸电阻在GIS高压隔离开关VFTO抑制中更加合理的值,采用双曲线电阻模型、2~5Ω的定值电阻模型、Mayr电弧模型组合成一个动态电弧模型来描述高压隔离开关电弧燃弧模型的预击穿阶段、稳态燃烧阶段和熄弧阶段,并通过改变合闸电阻在动态电弧模型各个阶段的电阻值来求得电弧各个阶段的最佳VFTO抑制值,再通过取各个阶段的最佳电阻值的平均值作为合闸电阻的最优电阻值。并结合了某1 000 kV特高压变电站分析了其内部关键设备处VFTO的极值,通过仿真分析得出了GIS隔离开关VFTO的最佳电阻值的平均值为700Ω,最后将求得的最佳电阻值代入动态电弧电路模型中进行分析,得出并联合闸电阻对VFTO的抑制效果是比较明显的。通过提取电弧各个阶段下最佳合闸电阻值来确定抑制VFTO的最佳电阻值更具有准确性和合理性。
【Abstract】 In order to obtain more reasonable value of the closing resistor in the VFTO suppression of the GIS disconnector,a dynamic arc model consisting of hyperbolic resistance model,2~5Ω constant resistance model and Mayr arc model is adopted to describe the stage of pre-arcing,steady arcing and arc interruption of arcing model.The optimal VFTO suppression value at each stage of arc is obtained by way of changing the resistance of the closing resistor at various stages of dynamic arc model,and the average of the optimal resistance of various stages are taken as the optimal resistance of the closing resistor.Combined with certain 1 000 kV UHV substation,the extreme value of VFTO in its internal key equipment is analyzed.The obtained average value of optimal resistance of VFTO for GIS disconnector by way of simulation and analysis is 700Ω.Finally,the obtained optimal resistance is substituted into the dynamic arc circuit model for analysis and it is concluded that the suppression result of the shunt closing resistor to VFTO is remarkable.The optimal closing resistance at various stages of the arc is extracted to confirm that the optimal resistance for suppressing VFTO has more accuracy and reasonableness.
