微波法制备铁铜铝交联蒙脱土催化剂的表征及稳定性评价

【摘要】 采用微波法和传统法制备铁铜铝交联蒙脱土(Fe-Cu-Al-MMT)催化剂。通过XRD、BET、SEM、ICP等手段对催化剂进行表征,并考察催化剂的稳定性。结果表明,微波法制备的Fe-Cu-Al-MMT催化剂层间距d001为1.806 nm,比表面积为175.1 m2·g-1;相比于传统法制备的铁铜铝交联蒙脱土催化剂层间距和比表面积略有增加,而催化剂的稳定性增加明显。

【Abstract】 In this work, montmorillonite pillared with Fe-Cu-Al catalysts(Fe-Cu-Al-MMT) were synthesized by traditional preparation method and microwave ion exchange method.The catalysts were characterized by XRD,BET,SEM and ICP,and stability of catalysts was tested.The results indicated that the specific surface area was 175.1 m2·g-1 and layer spacing was 1.806 nm of catalyst prepared by microwave ion exchange method, which were larger than that of catalyst prepared by traditional preparation method.catalyst prepared by microwave ion exchange method had better stability.
