用于甲醇制烯烃SAPO-34分子筛的研究进展
Research progress on SAPO-34 zeolite for methanol-to-olefin conversion
【摘要】 具有CHA结构的SAPO-34分子筛因其优异的理化性质被认为是甲醇制烯烃(MTO)工艺的最佳催化剂,但CHA结构中狭窄的八元环孔会限制扩散,使催化剂易于失活降低使用寿命。本文从构建多级孔结构和减小分子筛粒径入手,综述了具有优异的MTO催化性能的多级孔和纳米级SAPO-34分子筛的最新进展,分析不同制备方法对SAPO-34催化剂的晶体尺寸、比表面积、孔大小以及酸性位点、MTO反应性能等的影响,提出目前存在的问题以及未来的发展方向。
【Abstract】 SAPO-34 zeolite with CHA structure is considered as the best catalyst for methanol-to-olefin( MTO) process due to its excellent physicochemical properties. However,the narrow eight-ring pores in the CHA structure limit diffusion and make the catalyst suffering from rapid deactivation and lifetime reduction. This article reviews the latest preparation methods of hierarchical and nanosized SAPO-34 catalysts with excellent MTO performance,analyzes the effects of preparation methods on the crystal size,surface area,pores and acid sites of SAPO-34 catalysts,and their effects on MTO reactions. The essay also puts forward the existing problems and future development direction.
