小型分布式生物质/生活垃圾连续热解炭化处理系统

【摘要】 为加快分布式、小型化有机垃圾处理设施示范建设,推动"碳达峰、碳中和"目标实现,完成全国生活垃圾资源化利用率达60%的"十四五"规划目标,以乡镇生活垃圾/生物质秸秆为利用对象,提出了一种小型生活垃圾/生物质连续热解炭化系统,旨在解决乡村有机垃圾产量小、收集成本高、处置难的问题。热解系统主要设备有燃烧炉、热解炉、移动小车。系统呈圆形平面布置,分上料区、热解准备区、高温热解区、卸料准备区、卸料区5个区域。移动垃圾小车沿导轨依次在5个区域间循环移动,可实现有机垃圾的连续自热式热解制炭过程。基于上述思路,完成了500 kg/h有机垃圾热解炭化系统的工艺整体设计,包括垃圾破碎干燥选型与设计、燃烧炉、热解炉及烟气-空气换热器设计,并对该热解炭化系统进行了经济技术分析。相对于有机垃圾的自然降解处理,采用该热解炭化系统处理1 t有机垃圾,可减少碳排放15 t,可实现生活垃圾-农村秸秆等有机垃圾无害化、减量化及资源化的处理与利用。

【Abstract】 For goals of 60 percent of the resource utilization rate of the household garbage during "14 th Five-year Plan" and "carbon peak and carbon neutrality", a miniaturization distributed pyrolysis carbonization system was developed to solve collection and disposal problems of garbage-biomass in rural areas. The system consisted of combustion furnace, pyrolysis furnace and mobile trolley. It was arranged on a circular plane and divided into five areas, loading area, pyrolysis preparation area, high temperature pyrolysis area, discharge preparation area and discharge area. The mobile trolley circularly moved along the rail in it to realize the autothermic continuous pyrolysis and carbonization. Compared with the natural degradation treatment of organic waste, the use of the pyrolysis carbonization system to treat 1 t organic waste can reduce carbon emissions by 15 t, and can realize harmless, reduced and resource treatment and utilization of household waste-rural straw and other organic waste.
