【摘要】 桂糖54号(试验编号:桂糖06-2081)是广西农业科学院甘蔗研究所以桂糖00-122为母本、崖城97-47为父本进行有性杂交,采用"五圃制"常规杂交育种技术选育而成的甘蔗新品种。2015～2017年参加全国甘蔗品种联合区域试验,1年新植2年宿根试验结果表明:桂糖54号平均蔗茎产量为104.83t/hm~2,比对照ROC22增产7.69%,其中宿根蔗优势更明显,两年宿根平均蔗茎产量为102.85t/hm~2,比对照增产13.51%;平均全期甘蔗蔗糖分为14.80%,比对照高0.33个百分点;平均含糖量为15.49t/hm~2,比对照ROC22增产10.33%,其中两年宿根平均含糖量为15.63t/hm~2,比对照增产17.00%。桂糖54号种性表现为中早熟、高产高糖、宿根性好,有效茎多,高抗黑穗病和梢腐病,中抗花叶病,抗风抗倒能力中等,适应性广,是个有推广潜力的新品种,适合在广西、云南、广东和海南等我国主要蔗区种植。该品种于2020年7月通过国家非主要农作物品种登记,登记编号:GPD甘蔗(2020)450036。更多还原

【Abstract】 Guitang 54(experimental No.:Guitang 06-2081)is a new sugarcane variety bred by Sugarcane Research Institute of Guangxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences using sexual hybridization between Guitang 00-122(female parent)and Yacheng 97-47(male parent)through the "Five Nurseries" breeding procedure. It took part in the joint regional test of sugarcane varieties in China from 2015 to 2017. The test results of sugarcane plants in one year and ratoons in two years showed that the average sugarcane yield of Guitang 54 was 104.83 t/hm~2,which was 7.69% higher than that of the control(ROC22);the advantage of ratoon sugarcane was more obvious,and the average sugarcane yield of two-year ratoon was 102.85 t/hm~2,which was 13.51% higher than that of the control;the average sucrose content of sugarcane in the whole period was 14.80%,which was 0.33% higher than that of the control;the average sugar content was 15.49 t/hm~2,which was 10.33% higher than that of the control,and the average sugar content of the two-year ratoon was 15.63 t/hm~2,which was 17.00% higher than that of the control. Guitang 54 is a new variety with potential for popularization because of its mid-early maturity,high yield,high sugar content,good ratooning ability,more effective stalks,high resistance to smut and Pokkah boeng disease,medium resistance to mosaic disease,moderate resistance to wind and lodging,and wide adaptability.
