广西恭城县肾结石的影响因素分析

【摘要】 目的:探讨广西恭城瑶族自治县的肾结石影响因素,为该地区防治该病提供科学依据。方法:采用病例对照研究的方法,调查对象为2020年1月1日至2021年4月29日恭城瑶族自治县人民医院收治的142例肾结石患者及148例健康人。使用问卷调查研究对象的个人基本情况、生活作息规律、饮食情况、饮用水类型、烟酒史、家族史。结果:单因素及多因素分析结果表明,市售桶装水(OR=9.586)、井水(OR=8.820)、食用豆腐(OR=1.336)、重口味饮食习惯(OR=1.663)是主要的危险因素,而饮用奶类则是保护因素(OR=0.819)(P<0.05)。结论:该地区的居民应当尽量饮用自来水,减少豆腐的食用,同时饮用适量奶类以降低肾结石的发病率。

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the influencing factors of kidney calculi in Gongcheng Yao Autonomous County of Guangxi, and to provide scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of kidney calculi in this area.Methods: A case-control study was conducted in 142 patients with kidney stones admitted to the People’s Hospital of Gongcheng Yao Autonomous County from January 1, 2020 to April 29, 2021, and 148 healthy subjects. A questionnaire was used to investigate the subjects’ personal basic situation, work and rest law, diet, drinking water type, tobacco and alcohol history and family history. Results: According to univariate and multivariate analysis,commercial bottled water(OR=9.586), well water(OR=8.820), eating tofu(OR=1.336), and heavy taste diet(OR=1.663) were the main risk factors, while drinking milk was a protective factor(OR=0.819). Conclusions:Residents in this area should try to drink tap water, and drink moderate amounts of milk to reduce the incidence of kidney stones.
