【摘要】 目的:探讨妇科盆腔恶性肿瘤术后淋巴囊肿吸收的影响因素。方法:回顾性收集广西医科大学附属肿瘤医院2016年7月到2019年3月经CT证实的93例(202个淋巴囊肿)盆腔恶性肿瘤病例,所有患者术后均进行CT平扫+增强扫描随访,根据随访结果将所有淋巴囊肿分为吸收组(n=122)和未吸收组(n=80),回顾性分析两组病例的第1次CT征象(粘连、壁厚、囊壁强化、CT值、长径)及临床信息。结果:单因素分析结果表明,第1次CT征象显示淋巴囊肿与周围组织的粘连、囊壁强化及术后1周内感染为影响妇科盆腔恶性肿瘤术后淋巴囊肿吸收的相关因素(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,淋巴囊肿与周围组织粘连是影响淋巴囊肿吸收的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:妇科恶性肿瘤术后淋巴囊肿与周围组织粘连、囊壁强化和术后1周内感染可能是影响淋巴囊肿吸收的相关因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the factors influencing the absorption of lymphocysts after gynecological pelvic malignant tumor operation.Methods A total of 93 cases(202 cases of lymphocysts) confirmed by CT were retrospectively collected from the Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from July 2016 to March 2019, and all patients were followed up by plain CT scan and enhanced CT scan. According to the results of follow-up, all lymphatic cysts were divided into the absorbed group(n=122) and the non-absorbed group(n=80). The first CT signs(adhesion, wall thickness, cystic wall enhancement, CT value, length and diameter) and clinical information of the two groups were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The first CT in Univariate analysisshowed the adhesion of lymphocyst to the surrounding tissue, the enhancement of the cyst wall and the infection within 1 week were the related factors that affected the lymphocyst absorption after the operation of gynecological pelvic malignancy(P<0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that adhesion between lymphocyst and surrounding tissues was an independent risk factor for lymphocyst absorption(P<0.05). Conclusion:The adhesion of the lymphocyst to the surrounding tissues, the enhancement of the cyst wall and infection within one week after surgery may be the related factors affecting the absorption of lymphocysts.更多还原
