【Abstract】 The overall development level of intellectual property in China has been improved, and the patent implementation status is generally better, but the patent implementation rate in colleges and universities is not high. Based on the data of 2019 China Patent Investigation Report, this paper proposes that so as to promote the patent implementation rate of colleges and universities, we should improve policies and regulations, improve management system, set up transformation platform, try new achievements promotion and docking mode and play the role of university intellectual property service center, etc.更多还原
