不同基质配比对澳洲坚果容器苗的影响
Effects of Different Substrate Proportions on the Growth of Macadamia Container Seedlings
【摘要】 为了筛选出适宜澳洲坚果容器苗生长的基质配比,提高育苗质量和效率。将不同基质和表土按一定体积比混合组成不同基质配比进行容器育苗,以表土为对照(CK),分析不同基质配比对澳洲坚果容器苗生长的影响。结果表明,与CK相比,A1~A5处理对土壤的容重、植株总干物质含量、株高和地径的影响均达到显著水平,对总孔隙度和EC值具有一定的改善作用。A1~A5处理均有效促进澳洲坚果幼苗的生长,其中A3处理的土壤容重、总孔隙度和EC值均符合理想基质的要求,植株总干物质含量、株高及地径均最大。因此,A3处理为培育澳洲坚果幼苗的最佳基质配比,即V(国产基质):V(表土)=3∶1。
【Abstract】 The study is to select the suitable substrate formulation for the growth of macadamia container seedlings,improving seedling quality and efficiency. With topsoil as CK,different proportions of substrate and topsoil were mixed into compound substrates to analyze the effects of different substrate proportions on the growth of macadamia container seedlings.The results showed that compared with CK, A1~A5 treatments all had significant effects on the bulk density of soil, the dry weight, height and ground diameter of plant, and certain improvements on the total porosity and EC value, so could effectively promote the growth of macadamia seedlings. In A3 treatment, the bulk density, total porosity and EC value were within the range of ideal substrate, and the dry weight, height and ground diameter of plant reached the maximum. Therefore, A3 treatment, namely V(domestic substrate): V( topsoil) =3:1 was the best substrate ratio for the cultivation of macadamia seedlings.
