不同外源激素对‘绿莹’石斛萌芽及开花的影响

【摘要】 为解决‘绿莹’石斛(Dendrobium ’Lyuying’)无菌播种苗萌芽和开花中出现的问题,研究不同外源激素(GA3、JA、NAA和6-BA)对‘绿莹’石斛萌芽及开花的影响,以期为‘绿莹’石斛的产业化发展提供科学依据。结果表明,不同浓度6-BA处理下,‘绿莹’石斛的萌芽数均较多,其中100 mg/L处理表现最好。不同浓度GA3处理下,只有5 mg/L处理的植株开花,始花所需时间比CK处理延迟15天;不同浓度JA处理下,5和10 mg/L处理的植株能开花,始花所需时间分别比CK处理提前3天和延迟11天;不同浓度NAA处理的植株均能开花,5、15和30 mg/L处理的始花所需时间分别比CK处理提前2天、提前3天和延迟6天;不同浓度6-BA处理的植株均能开花,其花期均与CK处理差别不大。不同浓度6-BA处理的开花株数、开花率和开花重复比例均较高,开花效果最稳定,开花品质均较好。6-BA 25 mg/L处理下,‘绿莹’石斛的开花效果和品质均较佳。

【Abstract】 In order to solve problems in germination and flowering of Dendrobium ’Lyuying’ aseptic seedlings, effects of exogenous hormones(GA3, JA, NAA and 6-BA) on germination and flowering of D. ’Lyuying’ were studied to provide scientific basis for industrial development of D. ’Lyuying’. Results showed that number of buds were more in treatments with different 6-BA concentrations, among which treatment with 100 mg/L was the best. In treatments with different GA3 concentrations, only plants in treatment with 5 mg/L flowered, and day of beginning flower delayed 15 d compared with CK treatment. In treatments with different JA concentrations, plants in treatments with 5 and 10 mg/L flowered, and days of beginning flower advanced 3 d and delayed 11 d compared with CK treatment, respectively. Plants in all treatments with different NAA concentrations flowered, and days of beginning flower in treatments with 5, 15 and 30 mg/L advanced 2 d, advanced 3 d and delayed 6 d compared with CK treatment, respectively. Plants in all treatments with different 6-BA concentrations flowered, and differences among flowering periods in all treatments and CK treatment were small. Number of flowering plants, flowering rate and flowering repeat percentage were higher in treatments with different 6-BA concentrations, which had the most stable flowering effects and better flowering qualities. Flowering effects and qualities of D. ’Lyuying’ in treatment with 6-BA 25 mg/L was better.
