杉木与红豆杉混交林土壤酶活性分析

【摘要】 调查"杉木(Cunninghamia lanceolata)×红豆杉(Taxus wallichiana var. chinensis)"近自然混交林和杉木纯林土壤中脲酶、多酚氧化酶、过氧化氢酶、酸性磷酸酶和纤维素酶的活性,分析不同林分中土壤酶活性的差异及其相互关系,为杉木混交林营建提供技术支撑。结果表明,纯林中的脲酶活性极显著高于混交林;混交林中的多酚氧化酶和酸性磷酸酶活性高于纯林。5种土壤酶活性重复内的变异系数均较小,重复间的变异系数相对较大,说明土壤酶活性的分布离散程度较大;过氧化氢酶活性重复间的变异系数较大,在混交林和纯林中分别为47.30%和69.33%。混交林中,脲酶活性与纤维素酶活性呈显著正相关;多酚氧化酶活性与过氧化氢酶活性和酸性磷酸酶活性均呈极显著正相关,与纤维素酶活性呈显著正相关;过氧化氢酶活性与酸性磷酸酶活性呈极显著正相关。纯林中,脲酶活性与多酚氧化酶活性呈显著正相关,与纤维素酶活性呈极显著负相关;多酚氧化酶活性与过氧化氢酶活性呈显著负相关,与纤维素酶活性呈极显著负相关。土壤酶之间的相互关系复杂,共同参与土壤生态系统中的物质循环过程。

【Abstract】 Activities of urease, polyphenol oxidase, catalase, acid phosphatase and cellulase in soils of near-natural mixed plantation of Cunninghamia lanceolata and Taxus wallichiana var. chinensis and pure C. lanceolata plantation were investigated, and differences and correlations of soil enzyme activities in different stands were analyzed, which could provide technical support for construction of mixed plantation. Results showed that urease activity in pure plantation was significantly higher than that in mixed plantation. Activities of polyphenol oxidase and acid phosphatase in mixed plantation were higher than those in pure plantation. Variation coefficients within repeats in five soil enzyme activities were smaller and variation coefficients between repeats were larger,which showed that dispersion degree of soil enzyme activity distribution was large. Variation coefficients of catalase activity between repeats were larger, reaching 47.30% and 69.33% respectively in mixed and pure plantations. In mixed plantation, there was significantly positive correlation between urease activity and cellulase activity; polyphenol oxidase activity had extremely significant positive correlation with catalase activity and acid phosphatase activity, and had significantly positive correlation with cellulase activity; there was extremely significant positive correlation between catalase activity and acid phosphatase activity. In pure plantation, urease activity had significantly positive correlation with polyphenol oxidase activity, and had extremely significant negative correlation with cellulase activity; polyphenol oxidase activity had significantly negative correlation with catalase activity, and had extremely significant negative correlation with cellulase activity. Correlations among soil enzymes were complex, which jointly participated in material circulation of soil ecosystem.
