拓模技术在博孜102井油管脱扣失效分析中的应用

【摘要】 应用拓模技术对博孜102井88.90 mm×6.45 mm TN110Cr13S TSH563油管工厂上扣端脱扣事故进行了失效分析。结果表明,脱扣油管接箍内螺纹表面、内外径测量、螺距测量都符合生产厂家规定,油管材质及各项理化性能均符合相关设计要求及用户要求。螺纹拓模检查结果发现,脱扣油管接箍螺纹承载面轮廓变化程度明显比导向面严重,越靠近脱扣油管接箍端面的螺纹变形量越大,在不同圆周部位螺纹牙型均有不同程度损伤。这充分说明其脱扣原因主要是因为油管工厂上扣接头首先发生松扣现象,最终在轴向载荷作用下发生脱扣事故。

【Abstract】 In this paper,the tripping accident of the top end of 88.90 mm×6.45 mm TN110 CR13 S TSH563 oil pipe factory in BZ102 well was lost by using the moulding film technology. The results show that the surface,inner and outer diameters,pitch measurements of the internal thread of the tripping tubing coupling meet the requirements of the manufacturers. The material and physical and chemical properties of the tubing meet the relevant design requirements and user requirements. Thread moulding film inspection results found. The profile of the thread bearing surface of the tripping tubing coupling is obviously more severe than that of the guide surface. The closer the end of the tripping tubing coupling is,the greater the amount of thread deformation,and the thread profile at different circumferential positions has varying degrees of damage. This fully shows that the main reason for the tripping is that the upper connection of the tubing factory first loosen and the tripping accident finally occurs under the action of axial load.
