后疫情背景下电力类高职院校促就业“双体系”建设研究——以广西水利电力职业技术学院为例
Research on the Construction of “Double System” of Promoting Employment in Power Vocational Colleges under the Background of Post Epidemic Situation——Take Guangxi Water Conservancy and Electric Power Vocational and Technical College as an Example
【摘要】 对后疫情背景下电力类高职院校学生就业工作的现状进行分析,找出其面临的问题,提出建立以就业目标为导向的学生能力培养体系及就业教育服务体系的"双体系"建设对策,以促进高校毕业生高效、稳定地就业。
【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the current situation of students’ employment in Higher Vocational Colleges of electric power under the background of post epidemic situation,finds out the problems they are facing,and puts forward the “double system”Construction Countermeasures of establishing the students’ ability training system oriented by the employment goal and the employment education service system,so as to promote the efficient and stable employment of college graduates.
