动力学仿真在乘用车的应用

【摘要】 为验证某乘用车的操纵稳定性,基于CarSim软件构建了乘用车整车模型,并将其与实车进行对比验证了模型的精确度;然后以《GBT 6323-2014汽车操纵稳定性试验方法》和《QC T480-1999汽车操纵稳定性指标限值与评价方法》中的试验要求和评价方法,进行工况设计并对仿真结果进行客观评分;最后综合仿真结果分析,得到该乘用车的操纵稳定性评分为81.6,说明该乘用车操纵稳定性良好。

【Abstract】 In order to verify the handling and stability of a passenger car,a passenger car model is built based on CarSim software,and the accuracy of the model is verified by comparing it with the real car; then the vehicle handling and stability test method(GBT 6323-2014) and the vehicle handling and stability test method(QC) are used According to the test requirements and evaluation methods of t480-1999 vehicle handling and stability index limits and evaluation methods,the working conditions are designed and the simulation results are objectively scored. Finally,the comprehensive analysis of the simulation results shows that the handling and stability score of the passenger car is 81.6,which indicates that the handling and stability of the passenger car is good.
