氮掺杂碳量子点表面改性及性能研究
Surface modification and performance of nitrogen-doped carbon quantum dots
【摘要】 针对碳量子点在不相溶溶液体系中研究的困难,提出以表面修饰的方法对碳量子点进行改性。以柠檬酸为碳源,3-二甲胺基丙胺为掺氮剂,采用水热法制备氮掺杂碳量子点(N-CQDs);在此基础上,利用N-CQDs的叔胺、伯胺与卤代烃的季铵化反应,构建出含有长碳链的两亲结构氮掺杂碳量子点R-(N-CQDs)和R-(N-CQDs)-L。结果表明,合成的N-CQDs呈球形且分散性良好,在340 nm激发波长下发射出强的荧光;R-(N-CQDs)-L表现出比R-(N-CQDs)更好的表面张力、乳化性和泡沫性,并且使用R-(N-CQDs)-L和十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)的复配体系具有明显的增效作用,为提高碳量子点的两亲性、拓展和应用提供了新的途径。
【Abstract】 Studies of carbon quantum dots in immiscible solution systems are difficult. A surface modification method was proposed for surface modification of carbon quantum dots. Citric acid was used as the carbon source and 3-dimethylaminopropylamine as the nitrogen doping agent, and a hydrothermal method was applied to prepare nitrogen-doped carbon quantum dots(N-CQDs). Tertiary amine and primary amines of N-CQDs with halogenated hydrocarbons were then used to obtain amphiphilic nitrogen-doped carbon quantum dot R-(N-CQDs) and R-(N-CQDs)-L with long carbon chains. The results show that the synthesized N-CQDs are spherical with high dispersibility and strong fluorescence emitted at an excitation wavelength of 340 nm.R-(N-CQDs)-L exhibits greater surface tension and performs better in emulsification and foaming than R-(N-CQDs). The combination of R-(N-CQDs)-L and sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS) produces a significant synergistic effect, thus providing a novel solution to improve the amphiphilic nature of carbon quantum dots and widen the scope of their practical applications.
