基于六氮杂苯并菲呋喃衍生物的银离子荧光探针
Development of a furan-derived hexaazatriphenylene(HAT) sensor with fluorescent “turn-off” feature for selective Ag~+ recognition
【摘要】 为了开发新的银离子(Ag+)荧光探针,实现高选择、高灵敏、可重复的银离子检测,通过在六氮杂苯并菲分子骨架外围对称性地引入六个呋喃基团,成功合成了一种结构新颖的化合物1,利用紫外-可见吸收光谱和荧光光谱分析、核磁滴定和Job’s实验等证实了化合物1能够在氯仿溶液中选择性地与银离子形成络合物(量比n(Ag+):n(化合物1)为3:2)并产生荧光淬灭现象,进而实现对银离子的高灵敏性识别(检测限可达3.35×10-6mol×L-1),结果表明,六氮杂苯并菲呋喃衍生物分子的构筑将有利于新型银离子传感器的开发,并在环境检测等领域具有潜在应用价值。
【Abstract】 In order to develop novel fluorescent probes with features of highly selective, sensitive,repeatable and fast detection of Ag+, a hexaazatriphenylene(HAT) based compound 1 was designed and synthesized by symmetrically merging six furan units into the HAT core. It was capable of selective recognition of Ag+ with detection limit as low as 3.35×10-6 mol×L-1 in chloroform with fluorescent “turn-off”property. Systematical investigation using UV-Vis absorption, fluorescence spectroscopy, naked-eye experiments, 1 H NMR titration and Job’s plot reveals that compound 1 could complex with Ag+ in a stoichiometric ratio of 2:3. The development of such furan-derived HAT molecules is helpful in exploring new Ag+ sensors, and it also has potential application in environmental detection.
