基于CFD的空气喷射器辅助结构研究

【摘要】 基于动力学函数的索科洛夫设计方法,只对横截面积进行了设计,轴向长度则基于经验数据得出。本文采用计算流体力学数值模拟方法,对空气喷射器的轴向尺寸进行了辅助设计,对喷射器的喷嘴距、混合室长度和喷嘴喉部长度等因素对喷射器性能的影响,分别进行了数值模拟。结果表明,这3个因素对喷射系数的影响,均为先逐渐增大再减小,喷射系数最大时的喷嘴距、混合室长度和喷嘴喉部长度,就是喷射器的最佳轴向尺寸。

【Abstract】 The Sokolov design method based on dynamic function only designed the cross-sectional area, and the axial length was obtained based on empirical data. The axial dimension of air ejector was aided by computational fluid dynamics numerical simulation method. The effects of nozzle distance, mixing chamber length and nozzle throat length on the performance of ejector were numerically simulated. The results showed that the effects of these three factors on the injection coefficient first increased and then decreased. The nozzle distance, mixing chamber length and nozzle throat length were the best axial dimensions of the ejector when the injection coefficient was the largest.
