【摘要】 目的研究心理护理对辅助化疗的宫颈癌患者的应用效果及对焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响。方法根据掷硬币分组法将2019年2月～2020年1月期间本院接收的宫颈癌患者68例分为两组,对照组34例进行常规护理,观察组34例强化心理护理干预。将两组的自我效能感、SDS评分、SAS评分、睡眠质量评分、生活质量评分、护理满意度评分进行比对。结果观察组患者干预后的GSES评分、FACT-Cx评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者干预后的SAS评分、SDS评分、PSQI评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对实施新辅助化疗的宫颈癌患者加强心理护理干预有助于提高其自我效能感,减轻不良情绪,改善睡眠质量和生活质量,护理效果令人满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the application effect of psychological nursing on cervical cancer patients with adjuvant chemotherapy and its influence on anxiety and depression. Methods According to the coin toss grouping method,68 cases of cervical cancer patients in our hospital from February 2019 to January 2020 were divided into two groups,34 cases in the control group were given routine nursing care,and 34 cases in the observation group were strengthened with psychological nursing intervention. The self-efficacy,SDS score,SAS score,sleep quality score,life quality score and nursing satisfaction score of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention,the GSEs score and fact CX score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The SAS score,SDS score and PSQI score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening psychological nursing intervention for cervical cancer patients undergoing neoadjuvant chemotherapy is helpful to improve their self-efficacy,reduce their bad emotions,and improve their sleep quality and life quality.
