【摘要】 目的探讨脑卒中后抑郁患者采用氟西汀的治疗效果,分析其对负面情绪及神经功能的影响。方法纳入2018年1月～2020年6月我院收治的131例脑卒中后抑郁患者作为观察对象,掷币法将其分为2组,两组均接受常规基础治疗,对照组65例患者合并心理干预,观察组66例患者在对照组基础上加用氟西汀口服治疗,比较两组患者血清因子水平、神经功能、抑郁情绪及治疗依从性。结果治疗后,两组患者血清因子比较,观察组患者Hcy、NSE以及S100-β均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者NIHSS评分以及HAMD评分低于对照组,且观察组患者治疗依从性高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论氟西汀能显著减轻脑卒中后抑郁患者神经功能缺损,改善患者神经功能,缓解患者抑郁情绪,提高临床治疗依从性,值得推荐。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of fluoxetine treatment in patients with post-stroke depression and analyze its influence on negative emotions and neurological function. Methods 131 patients with post-stroke depression admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to June 2020 were included as observation objects. They were divided into 2 groups by coin toss. Both groups received conventional basic treatment,and 65 patients in the control group were added With psychological intervention,66 patients in the observation group were treated with fluoxetine orally on the basis of the control group,and the serum factor levels,neurological function,depression and treatment compliance of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment,the serum factors of the two groups were compared. The Hcy,NSE and S100-β of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05). The observation group’s NIHSS score and HAMD score were significantly lower than the control group,And the treatment compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Fluoxetine can significantly reduce the neurological deficit in patients with post-stroke depression,improve the neurological function of the patients,relieve the depression of the patients,and improve the compliance of clinical treatment.
