【摘要】 目的探讨分析阿立哌唑与喹硫平治疗晚发型精神分裂症的临床疗效及安全性评价。方法选取本院2018年1月～2020年2月住院治疗的60例晚发型精神分裂症患者作为本次研究的主体对象,按随机数字表法将研究对象分为观察组和对照组。对照组30例患者给予富马酸喹硫平片治疗,观察组30例患者给予阿立哌唑片治疗,观察比较两组患者临床疗效、不良反应发生率,及治疗前后的阳性和阴性综合征量表(PANSS)评分、神经营养因子、个人和社会功能量表(PSP)评分比较。结果观察组患者临床总有效率(96.67%)高于对照组(73.33%)(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后PANSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者治疗后血清GDNF、BDNF水平和PSP评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阿立哌唑片可有效缓解晚发型精神分裂症患者的精神症状、神经营养因子水平,改善患者社会功能,临床疗效优于富马酸喹硫平片,不良反应较少,值得临床中推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of aripiprazole and quetiapine in the treatment of late-onset schizophrenia. Methods A total of 60 patients with late-onset schizophrenia who were hospitalized in our hospital from January 2018 to February 2020 were selected as the subjects of this study and were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method. Control group(30 cases)were treated with quetiapine,the observation group(30 cases)were treated with aripiprazole. The clinical effect,the incidence of adverse reactions,and positive and negative syndrome scale(PANSS)score,neurotrophic factor,personal and social function scale(PSP)score before and after treatment between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group(96.67%)was higher than that of control group(73.33%)(P<0.05). PANSS score of observation group was lower than control group after treatment(P<0.05),serum GDNF,BDNF and PSP score of observation group were higher than control group after treatment(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Aripiprazole tablets can effectively relieve mental symptoms and neurotrophic factor levels in patients with late-onset schizophrenia,and improve their social function. Its clinical efficacy is better than quetiapine tablets,with fewer adverse reactions,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.更多还原
