【摘要】 危化品管理是医院质量与安全管理的重要环节,本院借鉴全面质量管理理论,从制度体系、管理体系、监管体系、考核体系四个维度构建院科两级标准化质量管理体系,既实现了医院危化品的标准化、同质化管理,又通过持续改进形成了闭环管理,同时实现了质量管理的全员参与,促进了危化品管理质量持续提升。更多还原

【Abstract】 The management of hazardous chemicals is an important part of the quality and safety management in the hospitals. In this study, a twolevel hospital-department standardized quality management system was set up from four dimensions including system, management, supervision and assessment on the basis of comprehensive quality management theory. The standardized quality management system not only realized the standardization and homogeneity of the management of hazardous chemicals, but also formed closed-loop management through continuous improvement and realized the total involvement of the employees in quality management, which promoted the continuous quality improvement of hazardous chemicals management.更多还原
