【摘要】 浙江大学医学院附属第一医院北仑分院牵手北仑区内5家医疗卫生服务中心,成立了医疗健康服务集团,从此前的托管型医联体,发展成为更为紧密的医共体。集团成立后,通过整合发展战略,建立运行体系、能力体系和支撑体系,推进医疗健康服务集团形成新型治理格局,以强基层为工作重点,将原先分散的医疗资源全新整合,鼓励优质医疗资源精准下沉,打造区域性诊疗服务体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Beilun Branch of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University has joined hands with 5 medical and health service centers in Beilun District to establish a medical and health service group, which has developed from the previous trustee medical consortium to a closer medical community. After the establishment of the group, a new governance structure for the medical and health service group was promoted through the integration of development strategies, the establishment of operating systems, capacity systems and support systems. It focused on strengthening the grassroots level, reintegrating the previously dispersed medical resources, and encouraging the precision sinking of highquality medical resources to create a regional diagnosis and treatment service system.更多还原
