【摘要】 目的探讨结直肠癌腹腔镜手术区块化器械摆放与清点的应用与效果。方法选择手术室器械护士参与的结直肠癌腹腔镜手术100例,随机分入试验组和对照组各50例。比较区块化器械摆放与清点方法应用前后两组手术器械清点时间、术前清点器械缺陷件次、器械护士手术配合质量评分。结果试验组清点时间少于对照组(p<0.05);术前清点发现器械缺陷明显多于对照组;器械护士手术配合度评分高于对照组(p<0.05),结论腹腔镜器械区块化清点缩短了器械清点的时间,提高了术前清点的效率,促进了器械护士对自身的管理提高了手术配合的质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application and effect of block instrument placing and counting in laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer. Methods A total of 100 cases of laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer with instrument nurses involved were selected and divided into the experimental group(n=50) and control group(n=50). The two groups were compared for the time for counting, the number of instrument defects found in preoperative counting, and the score of surgery cooperation quality of instrument nurses before and after the implementation of block instrument placing and counting. Results The experimental group had shorter counting time, larger number of instrument defects found in preoperative counting, and higher score of surgery cooperation quality of instrument nurses than the control group(p<0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic instrument block counting can shorten the time and improve the efficiency of instrument counting, and promote the management of self-management of instrument nurses, so that improves the quality of surgical cooperation.更多还原
