【Abstract】 To solve the bed management problems faced by public multi-hospital systems, this study took a branch hospital of a grade-A tertiary hospital as an example. The efficiency of bed use was improved through the shared use of beds between departments, establishment of the working mode of professional groups in departments, and implementation of lean management of coordinating beds in multiple ways. It provided multi-hospital systems a reference of the management of beds in branch hospitals.更多还原
