【摘要】 目的探讨癌痛规范化治疗管理新模式及应用效果。方法借助合理用药系统自定义知识库,建立阿片类药物精细化规则并进行处方前置审核。调取知识库设置前(2019年7—12月)接受阿片类药物治疗的所有癌痛病例146份(对照组)和知识库设置后(2020年7—12月)接受阿片类药物治疗的癌痛住院病例162份(干预组),比较两组医嘱合格率。结果使用知识库后,癌痛医嘱合格率从使用前的87.68%上升至使用后的98.1%。结论通过自定义知识库,使阿片类药物医嘱从事后选择性点评转为事前全医嘱审核,提高了癌痛规范化治疗水平及医院合理用药水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the new model of standardized treatment management of cancer pain and its application effect. Methods A knowledge database was customized based on rational drug use system to establish refined rules for opioids and to conduct prescription prereview. All the 146 cancer pain cases(control group) who received opioid therapy before the establishment of the knowledge database(JulyDecember 2019), and 162 inpatient cancer pain cases(intervention group) after the establishment of the knowledge database(July-December 2020) were accessed, and the two groups were compared for the pass rate of prescriptions. Results After applying the knowledge database, the pass rate of prescriptions for cancer pain rose from 87.68% to 98.1%. Conclusion By customizing the knowledge database, the selective review after use is changed to full pre-review for the opioid prescriptions, which improved the level of standardized treatment and rational drug use for cancer pain.更多还原
