【摘要】 住院医师规范化培训在培养高素质超声医师方面起着重要作用。本研究以浙江省人民医院超声医学科为例,介绍SPOC结合超声模拟教学工作坊模式下超声医学科住院医师的培养与管理方法。课前SPOC夯实住院医师理论基础,而超声模拟教学工作坊强化住院医师临床思维、刻意练习及反馈,两者结合以提高住院医师临床实践能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Resident standardized training plays an important role in training qualified ultrasound clinicians. This study took the Department of Ultrasound Medicine of Zhejiang Provincial People’s Hospital as an example to introduce the training and management method of Small Private Online Course(SPOC) combined with ultrasound simulation workshop for the ultrasound residents. SPOC before the workshop strengthened the theoretical foundation, while ultrasound simulation workshop focused on clinical thinking, deliberate practice and feedback.
