【摘要】 目的分析新冠肺炎疫情期间北京某三甲综合医院2020年4月开放周末全天门诊前后门诊量变化及时间分布特征,为制定科学合理的门诊工作提供参考。方法收集该院2020年2—8月期间信息系统数据库中的门诊数据,采用Cox-Stuart趋势检验,时间序列数据的周分布指数分析法和聚类分析法对门诊量数据进行统计分析。结果通过Cox-Stuart趋势检验（n=15,p<0.05）对2020年2—8月的逐周门诊量进行分析发现,这一期间的周门诊量存在增长趋势(p=3.05×10^-5);同时,4—8月的周末门诊量也存在增长趋势(p=5.86×10^-3)。聚类分析发现4—8月的周平均分布指数与2—3月存在一定差异,与2—3月相比,4—8月周末的周平均分布指数更高,但这一期间周末的周分布指数仍小于周中。结论该医院就诊患者存在周末就医需求,开通周末全天门诊后分流了部分就医人群,周末门诊接诊量仍存在一定上升空间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the outpatient visits change and time distribution in the weekend in a comprehensive tertiary hospital before and after starting all-day weekend outpatient services in April,2020, to provide reference for formulating scientific and reasonable outpatient work plan. Methods The outpatient data from February to August 2020 were collected from the information system database of the hospital. CoxStuart trend analysis, week distribution index analysis for chronological data, and clustering analysis were used to analyze the outpatient data. Results The weekly outpatient visits from February to August was examined by Cox Stuart trend test（n=15,p<0.05） and an increasing trend(p=3.05×10^-5) was found. The outpatient visits on weekends from April to August also showed an upward trend(p=5.86×10^-3). Clustering analysis showed that, the average week distribution index from April to August was higher than that from February to March, but the week distribution index of weekends was lower than that of weekdays in April to August. Conclusion The patients in this hospital have the demand for outpatient services on weekends. After starting the all-day outpatient services on weekends, more patients have been distributed to the weekends. However, there is still room for the outpatient visits to increase on weekends.更多还原
