【摘要】 目的根据浙江省卫生健康委基于疾病诊断相关分组的医院质量管理与绩效评价数据,对某院儿科纳入"身材矮小症""性腺疾病"诊断分组的疾病诊疗方式、费用、效率及管控措施进行分析,为实行DRG诊疗管理提供借鉴。方法选取浙江省医院质量管理与绩效评价数据,分析某三甲医院儿科纳入"身材矮小症""性腺疾病"诊断分组疾病的诊治与资源消耗情况,评价两组疾病的诊疗管理效果。结果 (1)两个疾病诊断组的住院患者占比下降,住院指征增强;(2)两个疾病诊断组的诊治均费下降,诊疗效率提高,差异均有统计学意义。结论实施基于DRG的医院质量管理与绩效评价后,"身材矮小症""性腺疾病"两个疾病诊断组的资源消耗得到控制,工作效率得到提升。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective According to the hospital quality management and performance evaluation data of the Health Commission of Zhejiang Province based on the disease diagnosis related groupings, the disease diagnosis and treatment methods, costs, efficiency, and control measures of the "short stature" and "gonad diseases" diagnosis groups in a hospital’s pediatrics were analyzed. It means to provide a reference for the implementation of DRG diagnosis and treatment management. Methods The quality management and performance evaluation data of Zhejiang hospitals were selected to analyze the diagnosis and treatment and resource consumption of diseases included in the pediatric department of a tertiary A hospital in the diagnosis group of "short stature" and "gonad disease". The diagnosis and treatment management effect of the two groups of diseases were evaluated. Results(1) The proportion of hospitalized patients in the two disease diagnosis groups decreased, and the hospitalization indications increased;(2) The average cost of diagnosis and treatment in the two disease diagnosis groups decreased, and the diagnosis and treatment efficiency increased, both of which were statistically significant. Conclusion After the implementation of DRG-based hospital quality management and performance evaluation, the resource consumption of the two disease diagnosis groups "short stature" and "gonad disease" has been controlled, and work efficiency has been improved.更多还原
