【摘要】 目的探讨在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间,通过监测相关高危临床症状实现员工健康监测精细化管理。方法依托医院的健康上报流程,重点关注员工COVID-19相关的临床症状,对于出现症状的员工及时查找潜在原因,同时加强管理和干预,并进行核酸检测。结果 2020年2月14日至3月3日,共发现有症状人员79人次,其中发热18人次,呼吸道症状61人次,全院4463名员工"零感染"。结论在全面健康监测的基础上加强对COVID-19相关高危症状的精准管理,有针对性地给予管理和干预,最大限度地减少了院内交叉感染的发生,从而保护医患安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the fine management of health monitoring by monitoring the high-risk clinical symptoms of COVID-19 in the hospital employees during the COVID-19 epidemic. Methods The COVID-19 related clinical symptoms in the employees were intensively monitored based on the health report procedure of the hospital. The employees with symptoms were examined and given nucleic acid testing in time. Results From February 14 th, 2020 to March 3 rd, 2020, a total of 79 employees with symptoms were identified, including 18 with fever and 61 with respiratory symptoms. There were "zero infection" of COVID-19 among the 4,463 employees in the hospital. Conclusion On the basis of comprehensive health monitoring, the targeted management of high-risk symptoms related to COVID-19 and the implementation of targeted management and intervention minimize the occurrence of nosocomial cross-infection and protect the safety of doctors and patients.更多还原
