【摘要】 目的了解和探索晚期癌症患者灵性应对策略,为开展灵性照护提供依据。方法采用目的抽样法,于2019年10月—2020年1月在广州市某三甲医院肿瘤科选取28例晚期癌症患者,进行半结构式访谈,运用Colaizzi分析法对资料进行分析。结果共提炼出四个主题:体现自我价值(个人责任、维持角色)、积极评价与态度(认知疾病、人生态度、思考生死)、从外界寻找平静(超越行为、亲近自然)、获取希望与支持(医疗科学、爱与鼓励)。结论晚期癌症患者灵性应对策略具有多样性和个体性,医护人员应为患者提供针对性的灵性照护。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand and explore the strategies of spiritual coping in patients with advanced can-cer, and provide a basis for spiritual care.Methods 28 patients with advanced cancer were selected by using purpose sampling method in the department of oncology, a third-class hospital in Guangzhou from October 2019 to January 2020,and semi-structured interviews were conducted.The Colaizzi analysis was used to analyze the data.Results This research presented four main themes: embodying self-worth(personal responsibility, maintaining roles),positive appraisal and attitude(cognizing diseases, life attitude, and thinking about life and death),seeking peace from the outside world(transcendental behavior, getting close to nature),and obtaining hope and support(medical science, love and encouragement).Conclusion The spiritual coping strategies of cancer patients are diverse and individualized.Medical staff should provide patients with targeted spiritual care.更多还原
