冷热处理对镁锂合金板材组织性能的影响

【摘要】 以冷轧态Mg-8Li-3Al-0.4Ca合金板材为研究对象,利用金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、电子拉伸机和维氏硬度计等设备,研究不同冷热处理工艺对微观组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:冷轧变形的板材经不同的冷热处理后,α相出现球化,β相发生了再结晶。Mg-8Li-3Al-0.4Ca合金经过先冷后热或先热后冷的处理方式,随着深冷时间的增加,合金的拉伸性能及硬度均出现先上升后下降的变化规律。

【Abstract】 The cold-rolled Mg-8Li-3Al-0.4Ca alloy plate was taken as the research object, the influence of different cold and hot treatment processes on microstructure and mechanical properties was studied by means of metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffractometer, electronic tensile machine and Vickers hardness tester. The results showed that the α phase was spheroidized and the β phase was recrystallized after different cold and heat treatment. The treatment process was first cooling then heating or first heating then cooling,the tensile properties and hardness of Mg-8Li-3Al-0.4Ca alloy increase first and then decrease with the increase of cryogenic time.
