【摘要】 老年人骨质疏松性踝关节骨折的治疗包括非手术和手术两类方法,非手术治疗包括石膏复位或闭合复位,手术治疗包括非锁定钢板、锁定钢板、钛制弹性髓内钉、腓骨锁定钉、张力带固定、外固定和胫距跟逆行髓内钉治疗,不同治疗方法各有利弊。由于老年患者常伴有多种并发症,因此治疗方案应全面考虑。现就老年人骨质疏松性踝关节骨折的治疗方法进行综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 The treatment of osteoporotic ankle fractures in older persons includes non-surgical treatment and surgical treatment. Non-surgical treatment includes plaster reduction and closed reduction. Surgical treatment includes non locking plate,locking plate,titanium elastic nail,locked fibular intramedullary nail,tension band fixation,external fixation and retrograde intramedullary nail,etc. Each treatment has its own advantages and disadvantages. Since older patients are usually accompanied by multiple comorbidities,the treatment strategies should be considered comprehensively. This paper summarizes the surgical treatment of osteoporotic ankle fracture.更多还原
