白细胞介素18在癌症中的研究进展
Research Progress of Interleukin-18 in Cancer
【摘要】 白细胞介素18 (IL-18)是IL-1家族具有诱导干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)功能的促炎细胞因子,具有增强自然杀伤(NK)细胞的细胞毒性、促进T细胞增殖的作用。IL-18与IL-12协同作用可促进Th1细胞分化,与IL-2结合可以刺激细胞毒性T细胞、NK细胞产生IFN-γ,发挥抑癌或致癌的双重作用。在癌症的治疗过程中,IL-18与免疫检查点抑制剂联合使用,能够有效抑制癌症的发展。本文对IL-18的生物学活性,在癌症发生、发展过程中的两面性及免疫治疗中的作用做一综述。
【Abstract】 Interleukin-18(IL-18) is a proinflammatory cytokine of interleukin-1(IL-1) family with the function of inducing interferon-γ(IFN-γ),which enhances the cytotoxicity of natural killer(NK) cells and promotes the proliferation of T cells. The synergistic effect of IL-18 and IL-12 promotes the differentiation of Th1 cells,and the combination with interleukin-2(IL-2) can stimulate the production of IFN-γ by cytotoxic T cells and NK cells,thus playing a dual role of tumor suppressor or carcinogenesis. In the treatment of cancer,IL-18 is used in combination with immune checkpoint inhibitors,which effectively inhibits the development of cancer. This article reviews the biological activity of IL-18,its dual role in the occurrence and development of cancer and its role in immunotherapy.
