基于STM32与WiFi技术的火箭发射装置力学参数检测系统

【摘要】 在火箭发射装置的生产制造过程中,需要对发射装置在不同运动状态下的力学参数进行采集、分析和处理。而现有的火箭发射装置力学参数检测系统普遍具有体积过大、拓展性差、布线困难等缺点。为满足小型模块化、多通道和数据传输速度快等要求,选用STM32系列芯片作为主控芯片,通过WiFi无线网络实现上位机与数据采集模块之间的通信。通过模块化电路设计和软件编程设计,实现对火箭发射装置力学参数的采集和分析。

【Abstract】 In the manufacturing process of the rocket launcher,it is necessary to collect,analyze and process the mechanical parameters of the launcher in different motion states. However,the existing rocket launcher mechanical parameter detection system generally has the disadvantages of excessive volume,poor scalability,and difficult wiring. In order to meet the requirements of small modularity,multi-channel and fast data transmission speed,the STM32 series chip is selected as the main control chip,and the communication between the upper computer and the data acquisition module is realized through the WiFi wireless network. Through modular circuit design and software programming design,the acquisition and analysis of the mechanical parameters of the rocket launcher are realized.
